The location of resort is good and staff is courteous but food quality is not up to the mark . They don’t provide electric kettles in the room and tea becomes cold by the time it reaches the room. Approach to the hotel needs repair.

Over priced and away from the main tourist attraction

This hotel is almost one kilometre away from the main tourist attraction i.e. Valley and lake. Approach road is also extremely narrow and damaged. Deluxe rooms are very good but economy/standard rooms are not as expected. Even room heating is also not available. As mentioned…

This hotel is just 500 mts up from the khajjiar meadows - it has a nice location; however, we reached at night around 8 Pm on the say of Diwali and it was pitch dark everywhere. the road leading to the hotel is bit dangeorus and one has to drive carefully specifically at nights…

The hotel is in a good location - about 5 minutes walk from the Khajjiar Lake complex, but the approach road is not of the highest quality. Even while walking you need to be extra cautious. The view from the hotel is marvelous and all the 3 stars goes to that. Staff is helpful,…
